A 1 HOUR MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RECORDING SESSIONS. A DEPOSIT OF 50% OF THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF

THE RECORDING SESSION IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM ALL BOOKINGS. PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT THE BEGINNING OF

EACH SESSION. PAYMENTS MAY BE MADE BY CASH, MONEY ORDER, CREDIT CARD, OR PAYPAL. A 3% PROCESSING FEE

WILL BE ADDED TO ALL CREDIT CARD AND PAYPAL TRANSACTIONS.


RECORDING SESSIONS BEGIN PROMPTLY AT THE TIME BOOKED BY THE CLIENT, WHETHER THE CLIENT IS PRESENT OR NOT.

STUDIO TIME IS BILLED IN ONE HOUR INCREMENTS. UNUSED TIME CANNOT BE CARRIED OVER INTO ANOTHER SESSION.

THE ARTISTS & MUSICIANS HUB REQUIRES A 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS. CANCELLATION AFTER 48 HOURS

OF THE SESSION START TIME WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF THE DEPOSIT.


UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE, CLIENT’S MEDIA WILL BE RELEASED UPON FULL PAYMENT OF ALL INVOICES.
